A key focus is audience research, we need to understand what they are really thinking before we can decide how to talk to them.   We believe that all we do needs to be assessed. This enables us to demonstrate our effectiveness and to justify our clients’ trust in us. Where appropriate we will recommend that this evaluation is carried out by an impartial third party
